We have been in the business of closing residential mortgage loans for over twenty-five years and have represented one of the industry’s largest financial institutions for that period. We are regarded as their best customer service firm. We close loans including their Private Banking group which is very selective and approve very few firms to do their business. We prepare documents, advise and close secured transactions for both real estate and co-op.
In addition, whenever there is a high profile person in management or a high profile customer seeking a loan, our firm is called upon to do the loan. We provide the same level of service to each loan that is assigned to us. We are thoroughly versed in co-ops and are a main support of the bank’s co-op loans.
